I’m fine with it but don’t love it:
Pros:
1. Increases the competition level and does help development
Cons:
1. Inflates ride costs in both series; teams will throw in cup guys who can pull sponsorship instead of lowering prices
2. Like the 11 said; they drive like they have nothing to lose in the series.

35- Oreilly Series, 31-Truck series, 36-cup series. No one thought enough of him to give him a full time ride. 5- truck, 6 Oreilly, 9-cup Toyota rides. So why hasn’t another manufacturer bought him

On Spire recruitment: -JGR: Gabehart under non-compete and met with Spire's Jeff Dickerson before allowed -Spire: JGR had stopped paying Gabehart, Dickerson-Gabehart friends for 18 yrs when Spire repped him, lunch that JGR's PI saw was in public place near Toyota building. (2/3)

@RamTruckMallozz @RowdyBusch8 @DGIveyNASCARFan If an employing party wants to cut ties early, wouldn't a non-compete be considered "not in good faith"? I only say that because they stopped paying Gabeheart in November. I'm sure he had some sort of windfall to provide for himself but that seems quasi-malicious.
