Just wrapped up a fantastic CMHT away day!Spent the day diving into patient care standards,team collaboration&boosting productivity.I had the chance to share insights on enhancing communication within our team and led a session on risk formulation.Great energy&ideas all around.

It's been a busy day in #TeamManchester @GMMH_NHS as the 1st, 3 wards moved into the incredible Northview. What a beautiful building that brings amazing opportunities for those who require access to mental health care. The patients I've spoken with today love the garden space!

We've had a great workshop with our @GMMH_NHS leadership teams today, reviewing our quality assurance framework and how we build ward accreditation It was great to hear what's working well, but more importantly, some of the challenges and how we together can overcome these

Absolutely heartbroken 💔 yesterday I lost my best friend Ann suddenly, we have been friends for over 32 years, although geographically we were miles apart, Ann from Scotland and me in Manchester, we struck up a friendship that would last a lifetime. I will miss her terribly 😥
