He was also killed in strikes on the al-Zahraa complex. - Souzan Al-Khalil was a media personality and on-air presenter and producer for Hezbollah-owned al-Manar TV. She was killed in a strike on Kayfoun, south of Beirut. Unconfirmed reports: - Abu Said Al-Khansa was the former Mayor of the Ghobeiry Municipality in Dahiyeh. He currently serves as head of Hezbollah's Christian relations. I couldn't confirm his death, but local sources talk about the death of two of his family members.

An Israeli military official said that Hezbollah is abandoning its traditional Shiite strongholds, especially the Dahiyeh (southern suburb of Beirut) and relocating into mixed, densely populated areas of northern Beirut to evade ongoing Israeli strikes on its command centers. The official said that Hezbollah is concentrating forces in these areas as fallback zones, deliberately embedding within civilian populations as well as in non-Shiite communities to conceal its operations and use civilians as human shields.

Arab countries fear sanctions on Iran could soon be lifted and that Tehran may begin collecting fees from ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz, the Associated Press reported, citing a diplomat. The diplomat, who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss behind-the-scenes talks among Arab states, said countries astride the Persian Gulf were concerned any deal may not take their security interests into account, particularly regarding access to the strategic waterway. The diplomat added that these states had not been invited to participate in ceasefire negotiations despite the talks affecting what he described as “the core of our security.”

Omani foreign minister has denied Oman will charge fees for ships crossing strait of Hormuz.

Hossein Shariatmadari, editor-in-chief of the hardline Kayhan newspaper, argued that any temporary ceasefire or negotiation with the United States would only help Washington recover and prepare for further attacks, and said Iran should not release pressure on an enemy he described as weakened and desperate. At least four US/Israeli airstrikes targeted the Lavan Oil Refinery on Lavan Island in the Persian Gulf. At least two refinery tanks are now on fire, and the facility's staff have been evacuated. These strikes took place several hours after the beginning of the ceasefire.
