@13thschizoidman It is not exactly functional in that several pieces are misplaced and would actually impede the wearer: for example the shoulders aren't actual shoulders and would not move properly.
The lower half of the brigandine is also reconstituted from hard plates whereas this part should

@Eol4242 excellent work. by "silver garniture" you mean the decorative piece above the face?

Now an archer of the great ordonnance.
Wearing the archer sallet, gorget, brigandine, small leg harness and reasonable vambraces (not in the text).
As well as a proposal for the "silver garniture" of the helmet that is often pointed out in emphatic literature.
