@Eposaudio I’ve created a ticket and they’ve pointed me to the warrantee page which. Basically points me back to the seller. Essentially they say they don’t help and it’s up to the seller. Not sure the “2 year” warranty is legitimate!

@Eposaudio I use my Sennheiser G4ME One at work for switchboard, online courses, meetings and other things. My Sennheiser PC360 at home is used for content creation, gaming, YouTube, Discord... I'm even wearing them in my profile picture. 😉

@Sennheiser is there any genuine replacements available for the cable for GSP 600 headset? Because I had to settle for some knock off on Amazon and it’s crap. My headset is not more than a year old and it’s janked, this is like my fourth headset from you guys.
