One of my followers has messaged me to say there is some "dodgy crack" going around in East Lothian. At least 3 people have died from it this weekend, but there doesn't seem to be any news reports about it yet. I have the names of them but unsure if the families have been informed so will refrain from sharing them. Don't take hard drugs people, its never worth it, and the risk that its mixed with something even more dangerous is far too high. RIP to the 3 of them.

But it got me thinking how easy it probably was to make one. There are lots of twists you can do to a trifle too.
