Beyond the seminar room: Our 3rd-year Ph.D. students attended a Professionalism Workshop covering reproducibility, Git workflow, and transparent research. We train our students not just to conduct research, but to manage and document it to the highest professional standards.

Final Ph.D. Research Spotlight: Our students close the series tackling major policy questions: hospital responses to provider taxes & financial strain, and the short-run effects of school consolidation in Ecuador. Rigor, breadth, and policy relevance.
