Our new toad ponds in Trent Park are looking fantastic. We're also halfway through building another one! These ponds will provide vital habitat for local wildlife and help with flood mitigation - a win for nature and people 🌿💧

Our Monken Hadley Common Flood Alleviation Scheme is complete! This involved creating a wetland, naturalising a stream and activating a wet woodland area which contributes to alleviating a known flooding problem upstream. The wildlife benefits will also be great to see develop!

Grazing cattle will become a permanent feature in two Enfield parks, following a successful 12-month trial. Enfield Council’s trial conservation cattle grazing project at Forty Hall and Trent Park has been completed, producing various environmental benefits for the borough.

We've started works on Phase 4 of the Moore Brook Green Link! We're constructing eight tree pits on Bexley and Beckenham Gardens. These tree pits will take runoff from the road, store it and slowly release it back into the drains whilst also watering the tree! #SuDS 🌳
