@jeffster1970 If you want to try again & have access to your most recent bill, your account number is in the upper right corner in blue font. If it still doesn't work, our Customer Care team can trouble shoot on Monday. Thanks for your patience.

@enovapower Thanks. I did try calling but was put on hold, I'll try again Monday. I didn't realize the account # had changed, it had been working fine all this time.

.@enovapower just tried adding account to two different major banks and none of them accept Enova. How do we pay our account now that you changed the system? Very frustrating, this merger with Waterloo has been a hot disaster.

@jeffster1970 Ah. Your R- account number with Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro changed in 2022 but the change was made behind the scenes with your bank. Please give our Customer Care team a call at 226-896-1010. They're available until 4:30 p.m. - they can troubleshoot.

@enovapower What I did this morning was try paying it with my regular bank, and kept getting 'reference error'. My old account started with an R and 10 digits. Tried adding to two different banks and also get an error. Tried editing on main bank account and I still get an error.

@jeffster1970 Your account number has not changed if you're in Kitchener. Please give us a call at 226-896-1010 so we can trouble shoot. Again, sorry for the frustration, Jeff.

@enovapower I have tried 3 major banks (3 of RBC, CIBC, TD, Scotia, NBC and BMO) - not giving out those actual details, but none of those 3 accept, I get an error. Never had this issue before, and was unaware that my account number actually changed - I am in Kitchener.

@jeffster1970 Hi Jeff, we merged customer information systems on Monday. Customers in Waterloo, Woolwich & Wellesley were issued new account numbers. You can find all the information you need at enovapower.com/accountupdate, or contact our customer care team at 226-896-1010. Hope this helps!

@enovapower -- can't seem to pay my bill anymore, bank is asking for a 13 digit 'reference' number for account, I don't see this anywhere. There is a 10 digit account number, that is actually different than what I've used for like 12 years. When did this all change?
