@BeckyLTuch I think industry standard is that if you haven’t heard back in 6 months it’s a pass.

Some agencies say not to query more than one agent at a time. Fine, fair. But they also don't reply to queries for projects they don't want. So, how is a writer supposed to know when the work's being passed on?...Should a writer just assume it's being passed on, and do whatever the heck they want?
