@jbrukh What percentage was the down payment?

To be clear, it wasn’t easy and required a higher down payment and almost didn’t go through because of our asset class’ volatility. But to the credit of the bank, they have been taking “massive risks” and got it done. The advantage of going direct to bank is unquestionably the rate, especially on a 7 year ARM, especially locked in at the lows of the lows of the recent 10 year chart. Crypto backed mortgages have much higher rates, and are scarier, due to the vol.

I did something that many, many a crypto person had failed to do before me. I got a mortgage from a traditional bank using crypto assets and crypto-related income. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
