A weekend of Bliss & Elegance at the @WomenSurgAfr - Uganda Chapter Hightea & Retreat. We had one on one mentorship sessions between female surgeons and surgical residents, shared personal stories on Hope & Surviving Breast Cancer; Overcoming challenges with infertility: dealing with expectations; Motherhood & Parenting in the digital era; Building Resilience among women. We are creating an environment where women thrive and step into leadership positions to advance surgical care & training in Uganda and globally. We also celebrated our WiSA Patron and @cosecsa President Ms @FualalJ for the selfless efforts and opportunities created for women surgeons In the region.
