Car rental firms never fail to disappoint with the predictability of terrible service #Europcar displays car options, asks the customer to waste time booking it 5 hours later: unavailable A radical suggestion. How about only displaying cars that are available

How hard should it be to book a car for my holiday #europcar. 3 days after placing my order. Over 10 calls to try and rectify issues, I can not speak to anyone who can help me.

I will never, ever hire a car from #Europcar in my life again. They're so shit they don't even have a UK Twitter account.

I will never use #europcar again! Europcar France took advantage of the petrol workers strike in October to charge us an outrageous €300+ because we couldn't find petrol. That was for a tiny Fiat 500. Several years ago, they took €900 for a tiny scratch and damaged lock.

#europcar are a joke. My hire car has broken and now have to drive a broken car all the way to Stansted to get it switched when it's not my fault!!

@Europcar_UK I’m waiting on a car to be delivered to my home. It was due yesterday, then told it would be today but that I’d receive a phone call this morning to let me know the ETa, but still nothing. I’ve tried calling the branch and there is no answer.
