@ElijahSchaffer Simply help people+ however you can. Help those who are homeless by giving them food, clothing & whatever is necessary to survive. Help animals get spayed & neutered & adopted, &/or provide animal shelters with food & kitty litter+. Help people by paying for their groceries. Etc.

Can anyone link me to a good resource on tithing / giving from an orthodox or Catholic perspective? I’m familiar with the 10% church tithe from evangelicalism But I would like to start honoring God with my finances but am not sure what obedience in that area looks like
