The problem is that developers have allowed cheating to happen for too long that at this point they're so far behind on combating cheaters that it's an unwinnable battle. Any game where you face other players will have cheaters and it's fucking tiring. I used to play CS daily for hours every day, now I don't even bother anymore because it's just Cheater-Strike. The only game that's somewhat decent is VALORANT because Riot actually has the fucking balls to implement an intrusive anti-cheat on kernel-level. I think it was around 2020 when I shifted away from competitive games and just started playing MMORPG's where I can just log on and have fun.

@ExitLag My wifi is top of the line, It’s not my internet. Every time I load into the game with out exitlag, my ping is higher but I don’t get packet loss. When exit lag is on, I drop 20 ping but I have packet loss. So i don’t know what to tell you…

We're in 2026 already... why do anti-cheats still feel so weak in so many games? it's exhausting. How are you guys dealing with cheaters in multiplayer?

Our team are just trying to chill and play a few matches, and BOOM: some dude with aimbot that snaps to heads like it's nothing, or wallhacks predicting my moves. what's the point of "winning" if you know you suck without cheats?
