@factormeals Is getting this small amount of broccoli normal? I thought there'd be more. Roughly and considering shipping these meals come out to be $17 a piece so I feel a but ripped off to see so much empty space here. ($70/4=$17.50) inot like getting more would be unhealthy

@factormeals My box scheduled for Jan 25 . 10 am on the 25th I received a notice of a one day delay. That didn’t happen. On the 27th I received a cancellation email that stated a full refund was issued (5-10 business days)

@factormeals having a difficult time with cancelling your service. I have cancelled on your site several times but I still get charged every week as if I didn’t. I wanted to DM you but I am not permitted bc I didn’t want to pay for that right. So we do it in public. Please help

@factormeals can you order your frozen items without a meal plan? I canceled my plan because of declining quality in the meals and constant delivery issues. I did enjoy your frozen items that were shipped separately and would like to order some of those items.

WTH is happening at @factormeals Toronto?
I have escalated the delivery agents not following instructions about delivering to my unit THREE times now. Each time they say they are going to escalate and I receive no response.
And today the meals didn’t even arrive!
Cancelling.

@factormeals is a garbage company. They won’t work with you if there was a mistake on their end. The app is absolute trash and doesn’t work half the time. Over $400 a month and they clearly don’t care about you as a customer just another cash flow.

Recipe cards for your selected meals will come in your weekly delivery. You may also download them by accessing the My Menu page.
Log onto factor75.com and then click on My Menu
Click the picture of the recipe
When the pop of the meal appears, scroll down till you see Instructions and select Download
The recipe will then download as a PDF file to your computer for you to access.

Yesterday's delivery never showed. Tracking said box “on a vehicle” for 12 hours yesterday and another 4+ today. Food is obviously compromised.
Called support—rep was clueless & dumped me into a survey mid-call. Chat equally unhelpful.
