Why are cars built to drive faster that speed limits on roads ? Surely there is something that can automatically make cars not speed. If you speed you might as well be let loose with a gun 😢💔

@ManCityCouncil No, it was issued by UKCPS on behalf of Hulme High street that is owned by Manchester City council. As I said I have already appealed through UKCPS. I need to speak to the people that deal with Hulme high street retail car park at the council. The whole thing is messed up.

@ManCityCouncil 2. Harnessed by moorside legal. I’ve contacted KFC & Asda who are on the site where I parked & no one can help because it was past to the vile moorside. Trying to defend the CCJ is also a horrific waste of time. I didn’t sleep again last night. It’s so wrong.
