Most players have just one tournament left this summer with their teams. Play to win, go all out, make memories with your friends, have fun in the dugout, & don’t worry about the stands! Be YOU! Softball is a game where it is SO FUN to compete. Focus on you & your team & go win!

If there’s 1 thing that I can advise any recruit during the recruitment process is to go to a school that you are going to have the best experience. You’re not going to look back at the wins & losses but look back on your experience with people who are now life long friends.

Recruits: Pay very close attention to every bit of this. It’s not all always about athleticism, kiddos 🧠🥎

We had a great weekend going 3-2-1 at the TNT Showcase!! I went 6-13 with 3 runs scored and 3 RBIs. The past 2 weekends I have gone 13-27 with 8 runs scored and 8 RBIs. Thank you for the colleges coming out to see us play!! #GNSL @VAGlory_Hills @PVI_Softball

Here’s what to do next: ✅ Follow Up Promptly Send a professional email within 24-48 hours. Thank them for watching you play or working with you at camp. Express your interest and attach your full tournament schedule (including game times, locations, jersey number, and team name). ✅ Keep the Connection Going Update them before every tournament you play. Let them know if your game times change or if you’re moved fields. They may not reply every time — but they’re watching. ✅ Film It Even if they can’t be there in person, sending highlight clips from games is a great way to stay top of mind. ✅ Show Progress As the season continues, share updates: big wins, personal growth, or moments that show your softball IQ and leadership. Remember: being “on their list” means you’ve made an impression — but how you follow up determines what happens next. Don’t go silent.
