I am being asked by @FederalBankLtd to submit a letter and ask for approval for repaying my home loan, a lengthy process which are taking days and I’m not being able to repay my Home loan in advance. On asking why should I do this, they are saying ke it’s our bank’s new policy

My friend sent the amount of 5000 from his federal bank account to someone's Federal bank account through Google pay and it showed the payment has been completed but the amount hasn't been credited to his bank account yet.

I don't want to use your bank and it's not DEBIT FREEZE so why are you not letting me withdraw my own money ?
Give me the option to withdraw the funds in Jar to a diffrrent bank ASAP or else im file a case
