The Democrats’ arguments against the SAVE America Act keep getting worse. Their own previous positions reveal that their “states rights” objections are both unfounded and hypocritical. Also, there’s a connection between their refusal to fund DHS—forcing hundreds of thousands of DHS personnel to work without pay for the second time in only a few months—and their opposition to the SAVE America Act.
