@FitbitSupport is there a known issue with syncing at this time? I have hit all my active hours in my device but they are not showing in the app?

Fitbit って本当壊れやすいな。この6年間で3台目が壊れた。しかも3台目はまだ8ヶ月しか使ってない。

@PosingforPink @FitbitSupport @fitbit I’ve messaged them asking twice but I haven’t heard from them in days. considering maybe switching trackers at this point, the app glitches so much every time they update it

hi @FitbitSupport there’s an issue with your calorie tracker - it keeps defaulting to 1209 calories per day instead of the goal I have set.

@stats_feed I tried this to track my sleep and would wake up with my hand/wrist being numb from blood circulation being cut off even when wearing my Fitbit loosely.

@FitbitSupport my charge 6 will not sync to iPhone. tried all the “fixes”. Rebooted Charge 6. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Turned phone off. When Charge 6 does appear in Bluetooth menu it’s missing info symbol that tells it to forget this device. Pls help.

INSPIRE3、デバイス再起動もスマホ再起動もまったく意味がなく、接続出来ない。　 問い合わせも出来ないし、日本以外らしい最悪のフォロー。 こんな屑は次は買わない。

@necrofangies OK so i just downloaded fitbit and it already says i've burned 706 calories today?? 😭 do you know what happened here? i tried to delete the data and it just.... didn't

Yeah pretty sure this app didn't track my steps correctly. I did walk a little before downloading it but after I went out at 15:20 and stopped walking at 19:10 with two 5min breaks in between. Here are other apps for comparison

@FitbitSupport My fitbit is stuck on this screen. I've held the side button till the logo appears, I've restarted my phone, Uninstaller the app, turned wifi on and off and have had no success

@FitbitSupport 問題が起きています。 ❌️スマートフォンと同期されない ・睡眠、歩数 アプリは最新、アプリの再起動、スマートフォンの再起動は済んでいる。

@FitbitSupport 1 watch ok, 2 watches maybe # watches I see a pattern. Right at two years no longer under warranty. The watch starts running on hot batteries last longer. It overheats, and the watch face falls off. 3 watches tells me it is a programmed failure. DISHONEST! @GarminFitness do you have a better watch where I can replace battery?

Fitbitの食事記録が正常に動作しない。 一つの記録が大量に登録されたり、記録が登録できなかったりして、困る。 大量に登録されたのを消そうとするとエラーも出る。

fitbit charge6壊れたのって修理できるんかなあ。新しいの買わないとダメかなあ。
