There has been a tectonic shift in political rhetoric on the subject of the use of eminent domain to take citizen's land for Carbon Sequestration. John Fleming has been the only statewide official speaking for over a year against eminent domain for that purpose and for property rights of citizens. Jeff Landry has been raising and spending through his PACs millions of dollars to attack Fleming on this subject. Only in just the past week Sen.
