I’m saying that the portion that I circled lists the ACTUAL model of what was purchased. That model was for military use only. Civilians were not allowed to buy them. The military signed a contract with Colt guaranteeing that they only sold to them that weapon system model, which they helped to improve the design of and would continue to help improve the design of. They do the same exclusivity clause in every weapon system contract that they approve.
