I just want to say this publicly: the intentionality of the @cci__global hospitality team in honouring their guests is truly one of a kind. I’ve never experienced anything like it. It’s not about extravagant spending—it’s the thoughtfulness behind it. I literally just received a set of tennis balls with my name on them… that’s seriously impressive.

I’m seriously considering getting another phone that has no access to social media. And the only way to reach me is via text message, email or calls..
