This is the moment I fell in love with motorsport. I was just a little kid sitting on the sofa watching it live, and the feeling it gave me was incomparable. To this day it’s still my favourite sporting moment ever. The full video with Italian commentary still gives me goosebumps nearly 17 years later.

I don’t usually talk about personal stuff, but my grandpa suffered from dementia and memory loss as he got older. As someone who grew up without a father he was basically my dad. He helped shape who i am today and gave me so many of my core memories. Seeing someone you looked up to, someone who meant that much to you slowly struggle and forget things really fucking sucks. So this is really fucking cool.

I've mentioned this already a couple of times to some of you and it may seem like a coincidence but peep both sides of the helmet, specifically the racing for dementia logo, where the LN should be. It kinda looks like it's just the N and that something feels missing and wrong.
