$SIDU pumped on "Citadel Accumulation." The 13G tells a different story. 80.7M shares outstanding includes 11.2M from an offering that closed April 21 (exactly 7 days before the holdings date.) Citadel didn't chase $SIDU in the open market. They got allocated. Retail bought the headline. Citadel got the "bargain shares." The stock is now trading 25% below the offering price.
