15 years ago today: Sevilla win their first ever UEFA Cup/Europa League title, beating Middlesbrough 4-0. Enzo Maresca was named Man of the Match and he donated his €10k prize money to Seville's San Juan de Dios hospital.

Very sad news as former Betis and Hungary forward Attila Ladinsky has passed away. He boasted he ‘drank 45 beers’ after scoring the winning penalty as Betis beat Sevilla 1-0 in 1976. “It was with Sevilla players too,” he insisted.
