@barbie_acida Our Flings!™ & Powder detergents are made in different factories, so there is no risk of the scents getting crossed between them. The only change we've made to the powder is a compaction to allow you to use less, but that didn't change the scent. Happy to look into this. DM us!

@Gain I have the original. That is it! The one and only or so I thought. So if the powder (which I get) is running through the same scent machine when pre-mixing the fragrance oils, it is possible it may be cross contaminating. It is AWFUL. I want my old Gain scent back! This hurts.

It's been over a year since I've used a non organic laundry detergent. Decided to use some @Gain because I love the original scent and it is embedded in my memory... OH BOY. What a disappointment. IT CHANGED COMPLETELY and I can't stand it. They changed original GAIN, y'all. 😩😞

@Gain please tell me WHY I can't go to 1 store and buy the detergent and scent beads and dryer sheets or fabric softener all in the same scent, nowhere in any store is this possible WHY??????

@plzlikemolly We're sorry you feel this way, Molly. Bottles are not designed to be filled to the top. There is space in the bottle to help with pouring. You should always expect to receive the weight listed on the bottle and if you feel this wasn't the case please reach out to us in a PM.

Hey @Gain! We bought a bottle of your scent boosters and a quarter of it is missing before even opening. What gives?This is a rip off and deserves an explanation. Not happy that we spent nearly $20 on this! We deserve an explanation!

@kaitlanmd While the 100oz and 150oz options are available in Canada, it's up to each retailer or location on which products they choose to sell. If you aren't seeing any near you, we recommend asking the store manager to see if some can be ordered, or check your favorite online retailer.

@Gain What the HELL is that scent “relax” that you came out with? It smells like you’ve left your clothes in the washer for too long and they smell mildewy. After rewashing EVERY stitch of clothing, I realized it’s the damn scent, not mildew. Y’all nasties. Who came up with that?
