Good on ya. In my experience, it’s not the word to which people object, it’s the state. Better than renaming, understand frailty and tackle it. Often in hospitals, no matter the word, many are comfortable in denigrating the people who live with it. That’s what needs to change.

@marktaylor18 @GeriSoc @Krockdoc Correlation is not great between any frailty measures - different tools for different functions. For me CFS immediate clinical use, HFRS population segmentation similar to eFI but using secondary care data

@GeriSoc @Krockdoc @GERED_DOC I am seeing the Hospital Frailty Risk Score (HFRS) on posters, yet my understanding is that the correlation between CFS/FI and HFRS is poor and probably relate to different subpopulations. What is the validity of using the HFRS in that case?
