State weather bureau PAGASA has issued an orange rainfall warning over parts of Bataan, Zambales and Pampanga as of 5:00 AM. Meanwhile, a yellow rainfall warning was issued over other parts of Bataan, Zambales, Pampanga, Tarlac and Bulacan, the weather bureau added.
