@GritInc what does your warranty cover? I bought my bag in April 2018 at @SportChek and the zipper has ripped already. I love the bag, do you cover the repair?

@breakaway23 The warranty process has been in place for a number of years. If you wish to find a resolution for your issue the avenue is open and the warranty department will respond when the information is submitted. The required information is listed in the policy, available on our website.

@breakaway23 Warranty issues are reviewed on an equal playing field with the documentation you submit. Please feel free to present your information to the warranty department and a resolution can be found. Without the information we can do nothing to resolve the issue.
