Today, OFL President Laura Walton hit the streets with members of OCHU and allies from across the province at the Markham Stouffville Hospital. Currently running at over 120% capacity, this hospital is cutting front line workers as it struggles to balance its books in the face of persistent underfunding by Doug Ford. Doug Ford has a chance to do the right thing on Thursday- deliver a budget that delivers funding and care to our hospitals!

@GTorontoHC @raghu_venugopal @OntarioHealthC And the system is failing, it was failing before staffing shortages. It isn’t sustainable sadly. I would much prefer choice. If my parents didn’t have the choice to go to a private clinic they would still be without a family doctor.
