Visiting a DCR in #Lisbon while @LxAddictions conference. This #DCR run by aresdopinhal.pt/ares-do-pinhal supports 1000 people annually to safely consume: 0 deaths. They are linked in with other services incl. a methadone van distributing to 1300 ppl daily at 2 sites @OHID @DHSCgovuk
