I had the worst Tuna Salad in my life today from @GiantFoodStores in Philadelphia, it was a mayonnaise salad with a little bit of tuna. Customers avoid this product unless you’re a fan of mayo soup.

@GiantFoodStores I placed an online order for the Plymouth Meeting store. They called 1 hour before pickup saying they didn’t have time to do it. I paid for it, they cancelled it and a refund won’t be issued for up to 7 days. Now we don’t have groceries or the money to get them

Placed an order for 4 items(toothpaste, air freshener) @GiantFoodStores on Sun afternoon. Order pick up set for Tue, 2-3 pm I get 3 emails & 5 texts in the intervening 48 hours; including 2 texts w/in the last 5 hours today Show up and I'm told all 4 items were out of stock. WTAF

Thank you for the order number. Because your order was canceled, it was never billed. However, when you submitted the order a preauthorization hold for funds was placed on your card. When the order was canceled, a request to release those funds was sent to your bank, so hopefully your bank will do so in a timely fashion. For the inconvenience, we are going to email you a coupon code for your next online order that you will receive within 24 hours. Again, we do apologize.

Dear @GiantFoodStores: I bought my wife some fried chicken at your deli on Trooper Road this evening. I bought some sushl for myself, which she had no interest in because she is horribly allergic to fish in any form; freshwater or salt. We've enjoyed your deli chicken in the past. But tonight she is in the bathroom puking her guts out. Why? Because we DIDN'T READ THE FINE PRINT ON THE FUCKING LABEL THIS TIME. How much did you save by reusing your soybean oil? Did you give the accountant a raise?

@MaggieL It is protocol to request the best method of contact be requested and sent as a private message. Also, are you referring to the Norristown, PA Giant on Egypt Rd? That is the store which would be most likely to be referred to as "Trooper Rd."

Well, I'm done heaving. I spent almost two hours in the can, barfing up my socks. I'm going to be in pain tomorrow, half from the strain on my neck, from which I suffer chronic pain from BREAKING IT in 2006, and half from my abused abdominal muscles, having to heave up all that mass. But of course, I couldn't trust that it might start blasting out the OTHER end, so I had to sit on the pot and heave into the trash can. Thank goodness it had a can liner! I'm horribly allergic to all seafood of any sort, fish, shellfish, mollusc, everything. Saltwater or freshwater. And it doesn't take much. It's an inherited allergy that kicks in at puberty. That's when it hit my sister, and when it hit me, I'd had THREE scallops, and was in the hospital for 2 days, delirious and voiding from all orifices. I'm religiously careful about this allergy. Unfortunately, an Epipen won't help, because it's not anaphylaxis. I react to the seafood proteins as if they're a massive infection. Antihistamines help, but epinephrine doesn't because it isn't my throat closing that's the problem. It's calmed down, at least for the moment, but depending on how much I got in me, it could come in waves. But suffice to say, I feel supremely wretched right now...and I'm a tad peeved.

I went to two @GiantFoodStores this week (Doublewoods and Oxford Valley, both in Langhorne, PA). Both have bags of potatoes labeled “Buy 1, get 1 for $1,” but there’s no price shown, so who knows the total price for two bags. Missing price tags is regular thing there.
