@giffgaff How can I connect with someone and talk to a person? Today someone has claimed my wife's phone number and you have allowed this to happen. Now without a phone and we can't speak to a PERSON to put this right!! After over 10 years as a loyal customer, this is appalling!

@giffgaff not reassuring guys if i cant talk 2 someone, switching is a big step for me, i just know bt are going to add the usual shaft the little man add on prices, i wanted to know if im likely to get no broadband once you inform them im switching add to they could not provide full fibre

@giffgaff hello i am having major issues with bt i am now paying out of contract prices with them and they wont let me cancel my landline unless i renegotiate a contract with them which i no longer wish to do. is there any phone number to talk to someone about a one switch move ?
