@ScottJund the PTB issues are - Corrective Action stacking that will NOT make it live - Skull Merchant - Zanshin, Blood Rush and WGLF got overbuffed. All three of those perks were fine the way they are. Predator and Crowd Control are also eeeeehhhhhh goofy ahh changes

dang ive been kinda disconnected for a few days but apparently everyone really hates the PTB? I might stream debating with people in chat because I don't think its nearly that bad
