This uniques system has the potential to replace the pinter, stencil and the SPI. It is fully digital and operates in the nanoliter scale, delivering highly accurate volumetric deposits. The Keiron HF2 will have a maximum capability of 30,000 components per hour. The first machines roll off the production line in January 2025. SX and LX ranges were launched earlier in 2025. At the show this year they have launched the A41 which supports larger and heavier boards up to 10 KG. Expanding the the markets that the model can be used for including communications and military. Also introduced is the Gen I generative AOI programming. A simplified process where data is imported from the pick and place machine, the first board from the line is scanned. The data is combined with AI to create a program. This can be carried out using de-skilled operators. Also using this technology is their vapor phase, contact solder systems as well as fluxless paste. Michael Hanke explains how this is achieved by using formic acid which performs the role of flux. X300 operate in a continuous movement, capturing images on the fly, as opposed to step and repeat processes.
