Rangers captain James Tavernier has announced he will leave Ibrox at the end of the season. British football's highest scoring defender has been at the club for 11 years, leading them to three major trophies and a Europa League final. In a statement the 34-year-old said leaving at the end of his current contract hasn't been an easy decision. He added: "Leading this team out, wearing the armband and being trusted in that role has meant more to me that I can properly put into words."
