@gopuff your drivers need to learn how to read and deliver items properly and your staff needs to do better in providing refunds and customer service. I shouldn’t have to go back and forth with a chatbot because one of your idiot drivers delivered my order to the wrong apartment

@gopuff if I pay for expedited delivery and do not get it then I want a refund of way I paid, not a credit. It was the 1st time using the app and I will delete it due to shitty service. Give me my money back.
