Trav. As owner of the account, @brought012 , I have been booted from the server and not allowed to rejoin. This is not the first mysterious change to socials that has happened. I have already followed up with Discord and am in contact with several Ible Citizens about the issue.

I think the best way to do on-chain voting is to take a snapshot of accounts at a given block and weigh the vote based on the ALGO balance.
ALGO-based voting would be ideal, but it requires hard locking ALGO in a contract, which users might not want to do.
There is also NFDs, but social verification is still something that can be easily gamed (although definitely better than nothing).
