@rahmath369 True, trying to avoid losses often leads to emotional decisions What made you realize that losses are inevitable?

You’re never going to pass a funded account with a full winning streak. That never happens in trading. Stop trying to avoid losses completely. Funded accounts are passed by traders who know how to take wins, accept losses, and manage risk properly. Your risk management will decide whether you pass the account or blow it. Losses are part of the game.

The biggest myth I encounter is the idea that you need to be calm while performing. You do not need to feel perfectly calm to trade well. You need enough conscious awareness to notice when emotion is trying to change the plan. And then interrupt there.

In trading, what's beyond my control: - Interest rate shifts - News events - What the FED is doing - Geopolitical risk What I control: - My reaction to market moves - How long I stay in a trade - My strategy execution - How much I choose to risk per trade

The less you care the better you will do as a trader That doesn't mean be reckless But now you no longer move off desperation You don't overthink You enter flow state And that's how you get rich In flow state So flow

These 2 timeframes changed everything for me: Weekly - to find the major levels. Daily - to refine them. You don’t need 10 different timeframes. Keep it stupid simple.

A trader who starts thinking live is like someone entering an intersection and only then trying to figure out what the traffic lights mean. You can act safely because the standard is already defined in advance. Green means go. Red means stop. Trading is the same. If the conditions are met, you execute. If the conditions are not met, you do nothing. Unless that decision standard is defined before the market moves, you will get lost in the middle of the chart every time. Define what the signals mean before you enter the intersection.

@idstwnm Exactly, in trading you start getting consistent results when you accept uncertainty as part of the process

As traders, You already accept uncertainty when it comes to losses. That acceptance is what helps you survive drawdowns without panicking, revenge trading, or blowing accounts. But the same uncertainty also applies to wins. You never truly know how far a winning trade can go if you don’t use a fixed TP So if you always close trades too early with fixed take profits in this market conditions, You might be limiting the biggest moves that could massively grow your account.

i think the hardest part for most people is accepting how boring this really is most come into the session wanting something to happen wanting movement wanting confirmation that they’re getting closer but most days nothing happens and for some reason that silence eats at them it makes them want to force trades make impulsive decisions do something just so they can feel involved even though deep down they know that is exactly what ruins them most people already know what works waiting protecting capital taking one clean setup ending the day with nothing if nothing is there but emotions keep convincing them that action is progress when most of the time it is just self destruction small gains non linear equity curves boring trading sessions that is probably what success actually looks like
