New beer on tap! 分からない四 Wakaranai 4, 5.5% abv, Mixed Fermentation Lager with Sour Cherries. A simple malt base beer primarily fermented with our lager yeast then finished with strains of brettanomyces for 6 months. Small amount of sour cherries added in maturation. Cheers!
