@GoodnotesApp I'm very disappointed in this app. Customer service is horrible. I've sent in a customer support assistance request over 10 days ago and no email back. Do better, Goodnotes. GoodNotes caused ghost touch across my entire iPad. Support hasn’t helped.

@GoodnotesApp I am having trouble getting my email/username changed for my subscription. There is no clear way I have found in the help section or FAQ’s to manage. Please advise on how I can get this switched up so I don’t lose anything in my work.

@GoodnotesApp @GoodnotesApp has ignored my email and tweets. The AI math function is not working on ipad and all my imacs. The text box is also not functioning correctly. I may need to look to using a better platform.
