Hey @googlenest for the 900th time this winter I set my Nest thermostat to 68 and the stupid thing turns off the heat at 67. EVERY thermostat I’ve EVER owned will maintain the heat at a set point. This #NestSucks! Stop your liberal bullshit and let me control my heat.

@googlenest No the nest app is great It’s the Google home app that doesn’t have this feature. They advertise it but it doesn’t actually work. Never loads.

I’m really annoyed that @Google made everyone move away from the nest app and killed the best feature I want 24/7 footage and to be able to scroll and watch it. Used to be able to on @googlenest but not on home app I pay for 24/7 and it doesn’t actually work Really annoying

@mtrlguy Hi, there. We understand your concern regarding your Nest Camera privacy. Without a subscription, Nest cams only save 3 hours of event clips. All video history is deleted on a rolling basis. Google ensures privacy with encryption and never (cont) spklr.io/l/6019DkvZz

It’s a little concerning that video footage from home cameras that have no subscriptions can be found on a “back end data.” Even though this was needed for a certain investigation - can we be certain our home cameras are secure? Especially with this regime government @googlenest

Why does it take these @googlenest thermostats so long to react the change made? You adjust the temp to have heat or AC turn off it takes a solid minute to do so

@googlenest hey Google. I don't want to migrate my nest to Google. You still don't send me a password reset email and I have not been able to control my nest for more than a year remotely. Its pretty serious because its costing me 1000s. Contact me.

@googlenest both of my nest temperature sensors disconnected in the middle of the night. I've gone through all the troubleshooting to reconnect. They get added to my account but perpetually show no connection. Is this part of a larger outage? Can you assist?

Hey @googlenest I set my Nest thermostat to a temp, calling for heat, and you liberal democrats insist on maintaining 1-2 degrees below the set point. I’m pulling these POS thermostats and throwing in the trash.

@googlenest Please do not buy these Google Nest Cameras. They do not offer live over the phone technical support. If cameras fail you’re out of luck. Terrible Service
