Why not make it a requirement for all your Grab drivers to have an RFID WITH load? @grabph Sobrang hassle ng mga meron naman daw RFID tapos biglang walang load so ending nasa cash lane pa rin.

mind you, my house is just around 3kms away and same city naman. minimum fare nga lang sa jeep! 🥴 buti nalang ugali ko mag-check ng notifs after the ride so i was able to report agad sa grab, though under review pa sya. pero baka naman @grabph

psa lang sa mga madalas sumasakay ng grab car and opts to pay via card/cashless, always check yung final charge sa inyo. i booked a ride from fairview terraces hanggang sa bahay and the driver charged me with 600 pesos na toll 💀

So sorry for this booking experience 😔️ We discourage our drivers from canceling without any valid reasons. Rest assured that all cancellations are strictly monitored and drivers who cancel without any valid reason will strike a strike in their account that may result to suspension if continuous misbehavior is done 🙏️

Hi @grabph I’d like to raise a concern about multiple-order bookings. The delivery fee stays the same as a single order though it's multiple bookings. The delivery fee should be reduced or divided among the orders similar to grab car if shared. @DtiPhilippines - is this allowed?

Paying extra for Grab Priority Delivery only for it to arrive late, then getting compensated with a voucher smaller than the Priority fee you paid… doesn’t feel proportionate at all. Customers are still at a loss even after the “compensation.” Eh @grabph 😩

To all family & friends here in the philippines: all buyers beware of new @grabph policy regarding a refusal to refund when the store fails to provide the correct order. seems basic for a delivery service right? We have grab VIP “priority support” and they refuse to help us…

@grabph I had another order from the same day that had a serious problem for a much larger amount, but they’ve been looking into it for the last 4 days (last reply was 2 days ago at 12pm) Ticket #CAS-100059102193. refund wasn’t denied or anything it’s just there hasn’t been action yet
