This is a major issue, consumers are being put at risk by unregulated cannabis growers. While licenced grows are regulated and taxed out of the market. At what price point are the illicit growers priced out of the market, I think we have a long way to go.

4/9 This is supposed to have been in place for 5 yrs already but the government has failed to legislate for it. Contrary to widespread misreporting, the recommendations do not decriminalise anything. Even personal possession of small amounts would remain a criminal offence.
