Hey @guardianlife, your company that brags about setting records with "operating income of more than $2 billion" certainly has no problem taking money from people who have far less. Just had one of the most bizarre phone calls of my life with Guardian Life. I see how you're rich.

I am so disgusted with this insurance company. They are deceiving and money hungry. They tell you an office is in network then weeks later you get a bill for them to say they never confirmed an office was in network. What an ass company do not do business with them

Health & dental insurance is such a racket! We have dental coverage thru @guardianlife & they’ll stop at nothing to reject claims. Be very careful choosing insurance carriers!

@guardianlife please contact me to explain why I spend more on premiums than you provide in coverage? I've spent more this year on premiums than you have reimbursed. Almost $40 a month for the insurance and $16 for a filling? Last year it took dozens of calls to get back $600!

@guardianlife Why have I had to submit a claim 3x, call every single week, only to be given the runaround? 3 months later, and you are still “processing” an orthodontic claim. Since you payout quarterly, this ensures I never get reimbursed. Feels like a scam!

@MsTinaVeasey @guardianlife I just reported them to NAIC.org and with New York State Department of Financial service since they have been showing my insurance as inactive for the last 6 months I advice you do the same. My next step is to lawyer up!

@guardianlife it’s been 3 months of of dealing with lousy customer service and empty promises of a call back to fix my problem. You have been taking money out of my account and my insurance keeping showing up as inactive in ever dental office.
