@guardianlife I am so disgusted with this insurance company. They are deceiving and money hungry. They tell you an office is in network then weeks later you get a bill for them to say they never confirmed an office was in network. What an ass company do not do business with them

@guardianlife please contact me to explain why I spend more on premiums than you provide in coverage? I've spent more this year on premiums than you have reimbursed. Almost $40 a month for the insurance and $16 for a filling? Last year it took dozens of calls to get back $600!

@guardianlife Why have I had to submit a claim 3x, call every single week, only to be given the runaround? 3 months later, and you are still “processing” an orthodontic claim. Since you payout quarterly, this ensures I never get reimbursed. Feels like a scam!
