एक बड़ी समस्या जिसकी तरफ़ अभी किसी का ध्यान नहीं गया है। *मानसून के इस बार कम होने की उम्मीद है। यानी नेचुरल सिंचाई की कमी होगी। *डीजल के लिए लंबी लाइनें लग रही हैं, युद्ध दुबारा शुरू हुआ तो किल्लत होनी ही है, नहीं शुरू हुआ तो भी हालात सामान्य होने में महीनों लगेंगे। यानी सिंचाई के लिए पंपिंग सेट चलाना मुश्किल होगा। *रासायनिक खाद की आपूर्ति भी प्रभावित हुई है, आर्गेनिक खाद के उपयोग की अपीलें की जा रही हैं। चार साल पहले ऐसे ही प्रयोग के चलते श्रीलंका में फ़सल उत्पादन में भारी कमी आई थी। ______ यानी पूरा चक्र समझिए। 1- अभी के संकट की वजह से मानसून आधारित फ़सलों यानी धान, मक्का, सोयाबीन, गन्ना, तुअर आदि के उत्पादन पर बुरा असर पड़ेगा। 2- इनकी कमी हुई तो निर्यात और घटेगा। 3- ज़्यादा कमी हुई तो आयात भी करना पड़ सकता है। ये दोनों मिलकर (अ) देश के अंदर क़ीमतें बढ़ाएंगे और (ब) विदेशी मुद्रा संकट बढ़ाएंगे। 4- किसानों की आर्थिक हालत और खराब होगी, जिसका असर बाज़ार में मांग पर पड़ेगा। देशी बाज़ार में मांग की कमी यानी आर्थिक विकास की गति और कमज़ोर। ________ पता नहीं सब चंगा सी वाली सरकार ने कोई तैयारी की भी है इसकी या नहीं
