@MMMayadasilva For DFW you can start off with some short stories or essays (like the David Lynch one) and then move on to Infinite Jest once you’ve warmed up. For Joyce, no idea. I went straight for Ulysses, but it’s a tough one, so maybe ease into it with an earlier book of his first.

11 Piranesi. pieces in 1 week has got to be my new record. Hopefully this will be enough to keep a few fans of weird, atmospheric and abstract music fed for a while again. We're approaching triple digits, which will call for something special, I think.

With another big update out of the way, I once again have some time for making more Piranesi. pieces. This batch includes the quite unexpected Metal Studies trilogy, as well as a new logo brought on by the new year.

@GartisserieTV Never say never. Multidays are something I'd like to tackle at some point, but I doubt I'll ever do a series as long as the Roman Numerals, because even B13's Chinese series at half the length got really repetitive and samey.

Shoutouts to Sweet Smell of Success for taking up 2 spots on any list of the most despicable and fascinating sociopathic manipulators in movies, and for also having some insanely punchy dialogue. Feels like every scene had at least one really quotable line. Incredible film.

Despite being constantly busy with you-know-what, I still managed to find enough gaps of free time to carve up 10 more Piranesi. pieces. A fuzzy lo-fi trilogy, a Mario 64 soundfont black metal epic, some of the darkest soundscapes of the project so far and a noisey krautrock jam.

Ya'll are cooking crazy hard with the fanart, there's so much great new art getting posted every single day that I can't even start digging into the backlog of posts I bookmarked during the spoiler embargo. I'm very thankful that the game can have that kind of effect on people.

@Ultrio325 Act 1's prose was mostly Jacob (except P-1 and 2-S), Act 2's was more of a collaboration between us, Act 3's has so far been just me, because I'm trying to become self-sufficient as a writer so I can more directly translate my thoughts into words.

@HelldiverKnnedy Also, Ville Kallio's writing for Cruelty Squad was a big influence on those as well.

@HelldiverKnnedy Getting into James Joyce's writing (particularly Ulysses and tiny excerpts of Finnegans Wake) was a game changer for me. David Foster Wallace has also been a big influence on my tastes in literature in general, but it's not quite as obvious from the red texts as Joyce's.
