The language around news reports about climate is all wrong. “A record-breaking heatwave” isn’t a good thing. “Records” are for people running fast, selling CDs, winning things. We need to use different words. “Calamitous” and “deadly” might be useful.

Can't help but think Health Insurance is what kills a lot of peoples dreams in the US. 20 year olds do startups because they've not learned what a burden poor health can be. 45 year olds with passions hang on to jobs they hate, because "what if"
